Principal’s Message

Fáilte and Welcome to the website for Scoil Naomh Eoin, Ballinameen N.S. Our school is located a short distance from the village of Ballinameen, Co. Roscommon and has been operating here since 1967. Scoil Naomh Eoin is a Catholic school under the Patronage of the Diocese of Elphin. We are a mixed school catering for Junior Infants up to Sixth class. Our school is at the heart of our community. Our dedicated Board of Management work voluntarily to ensure the school continues to run successfully. We have a committed Parents Association which help with fundraising and different initiatives in the school. We have a dedicated staff that values the curriculum and ensure that students have access to a broad range of high-quality learning activities – including extracurricular activities such as GAA Football and Hurling, Soccer, Computers, Swimming, Dancing, School Tours to name a few. We are committed to fostering a culture of respect, inclusion, and excellence, where every child feels valued and empowered to reach their full potential.
